The following are Terms of Use for any services provided by Alpine Outdoor Living

Service areas include San Juan County, Ouray County, and La Plata county, Colorado

Free delivery in Silverto

Engineering plans required for foundations, retaining walls, and septic systems

Mobility fee is $30/hr for each vehicle, any 4x4 road driving is billed at $120/hr

Mobility fee waived for jobs over 15 hrs

Minimum of 1 hour on any service

For any service under 5 hours, payment due at time of service

For contracts over 5 hours, 10% deposit to reserve service, 35% due at time of service, full payment due within 30 days. Subject to change.

For contracts over 15 hours, 10% deposit to reserve service, 35% due at time of service, 50% due when half completed, full payment due within 30 days. Subject to change.
